Fairing hinge plates

Introduction

This adjustable opening system allows standard openings for all gate types.
The pivot is protected by a composite sleeve to limit corrosion and improve anti-friction during rotation.
Highly rigid, the different models are available with Ø12, lg 25 and 35 mm axles.
Zinc-coated + powder-coated steel base and composite or aluminum fairing.
The position of the pivot can be adjusted from 40 to 80 mm, making it possible to meet EN12604 standards in a large number of cases (25 mm between gate post and pillar).
Two assembly options (except for hinge with 36 mm high fairing): visible screws (inverted L) or hidden screws.
