Flush-mountable hinge plates
This adjustable opening system allows for standard openings for all types of gates. The pivot is protected with a composite sleeve to limit corrosion and improve anti-friction during rotation. Very rigid, the different models are available according to the type of Ø12, lg 25 and 35 mm axis. Zinc-plated + powder-coated steel base and composite or aluminum casing. The pivot position is adjustable from 40 to 80 mm, thus offering the possibility to meet the EN12604 standard in a large number of cases (25 mm between the gate post and the pillar). Two mounting options (except for the hinge with a 36 height casing): visible screws (inverted L) or hidden screws.

This opening system is designed for large and imposing gates. It consists of a hinge and a cover which, when combined with the profile, allows for concealment between the frame and the pillar.

The PLATIMIUM hinge consists of 4 elements: a hinge, a cover, a masking profile kit, and a fixing kit to assemble the masking profile on the hinge. The range is available in 3 models. Adjustable hinges
This stainless and adjustable opening system allows for standard openings for all types of gates. It can be rotated 360°, allowing for correction of any misalignment on the post during drilling. Precise and easy adjustment with a single screw and held in position by two tightening screws. Aesthetic: no visible screws, 3-point concealed version. Three types of fixings possible: by screws (L base, three points) or with chemical anchoring M12 rod.

Doucine hinges
This adjustable opening system is available in chemical anchoring or M12 screw versions. Its shape is particularly suitable for the aluminum profile below and can be advantageously used with other types of profiles.

This stainless steel and adjustable opening system allows for standard openings for all types of gates. Very rigid, the different models are available with Ø12 and Ø14 axes of lengths 25, 35 or 43 mm. Different pivot adjustment lengths are possible (35 to 60 mm, 35 to 70 mm, 45 to 80 mm), thus offering the possibility to meet the NF EN12604 standard in a large number of cases (25 mm between the gate post and the pillar). Three types of fixings are possible: by screws (Multifix L, Multifix T, Multifix 3 base).

This chemical anchor, stainless and adjustable opening system allows for standard openings for all types of gates.
