Stopper – Invibloc

Installed on the front behind the shutter.
Recall spring. Composite locking case (wall part) with stainless steel components. Stainless steel screw head (panel part).
Drilling hole for panel part: Ø10 mm.
Reversible fixed part for surface-mounted rim: left or right, horizontal or vertical.
Recessed panel section with clamping screw adjustable between 24 and 40 mm. Marking to ease installation.
Clip-on split wedges to manage different T strap hinge offsets. Tear strength: 80 kg.

The stopper can be invisible when the shutter is in its open position.
The recall spring automatically locks the shutter to the front . The case can be customised to match the most popular front colours.
The screw head can be lacquered to match the shutter. The panel part is simply drilled to fit.
There is only one product number to stock, because Invibloc can be adapted :
– to the thickness of the shutter.
– to single or double shutters.
– to shutters fitted to windows or doors.
The installation guide allows precise positioning of the ‘wall part’ on the front . It corrects the gap and parallelism between the shutter and the front when the shutter is opened.
The stopper is designed to allow the shutter to settle by +/- 3 mm. The stopper is particularly suitable for windy environments.
