The PLATIMIUM hinge is composed of 4 elements: a hinge, a cover, a masking profile set , and a fastening set to assemble the masking profile on the hinge.
The range is available in 3 models.
Whatever the section of your profiles is , you will find with PLATIMIUM the solution that will adapt to your requirements.
These hinges allows an intuitive and precise adjustment.
For a uniform finish, the entire set is fully faired and lacquered.

Only 10 mm thick. Available in 2 versions: with button or with loop.

Features

3 reversible hinge widths: 70, 90, and 110 mm. Zinc-plated + painted steel plates. 3 adjustment axes including the X axis with a metric pitch screw. Stainless steel pivots Ø12. Stainless steel toadstool legs compatible with the masking profile. Optional: • Paintable aluminum covers. • Reversible aluminum masking profiles (kit of 2), compatible with 90 and 110 mm plates.

The hinge can be used :
– At the top and bottom.
– At the top, in combined with our bottom hinges.
– On the left and right leaf.
The hinge is designed for easy gate assembly.
The PLATIMIUM innovative metric system offers a wide adjustment range (30 mm) depending on the hinge:
– From 45 to 75 mm (70 and 90 mm wide plates).
– From 50 to 80 mm (110 mm wide plate).
The optional profile covers the plate and the gap between the mount and pillar. The entire product is fully lacquerable.
